Grate Magnet
Vibra Permanent Grate Magnet are designed for fitting in hoppers,virtical Ducts, product intake points and at finished goods outlet points, to remove medium and fine iron particles from dry free-flowing products such as sugar, grain, tea, plastic granulate and powdered chemicals. Contamination such as rust, stainless steel scrapings and wear from machinery are often too small to be detected by a Metal Detector, but are easily removed by Vibra Permanent Grate Magnet. Permanent Grate Magnets are constructed from a numbers of polished stainless steel magnetic rods which are held in position at pre-determined centres by a pair of rigid polished stainless steel plates. The rods emit powerful magnetic fields across the gaps between the rods and these reach into the product stream, attracting and securing iron particles as it flows through. Once attracted, the contamination sticks to the surface of the rod and eventually finds sanctuary on the underside of the rod where it is safe from the wash-off effects of continuous product flow. Vibra Grate Magnets are manufactured to the highest possible standards using food quality stainless steel which is fully welded and polished strength and long life to enable a consistent performance. They can be easily installed and cleaned and are highly cost effective. Non-standard sizes are made to order including rectangles and semi-circles. The diverters designed are helpful in directing the materials flow onto the magnet. They are designed with stainless steel material and available in various of design and shapes. But, diverters can tend to increase bridging and reduce uniform flow. Plate Magnet
Plate Magnet can remove weakly magnetic and fine iron from dry or wet products. They can be located on the bottom of a chute. Available in various model and size to insure adequate protection from tramp iron contamination in your processing operation. Standard models have a Stainless Steel magnetic face with a Stainless Steel barrier strip to help trap round or spherical objects.
Drawer Grate Magnet
Magnetic DRAWER AND HOUSING is an inline magnetic separator used in gravity feed chutes for the extraction of iron particles from powder or granular materials being processed in industries. The system is manufactured in stainless steel grade 304 or 316, the flanged housing enables easy installation. The drawer slides out completely, giving access to the magnets. Once the drawer is removed, the inner tubes containing powerful rare earth magnets, slide out causing the debris to fall off enabling easy and effective cleaning. The magneticc rod is encased in either 304 or 316 stainless steel tubes 20-25.4mm diameter; we offer them with either standard ferrite magnets or high intensity rare earth magnets . We manufacture them specifically to the length requested by the customer.
